SLEEP FIRST WORK LATER
I’m a big sleeper. It’s a huge priority of mine. If I don’t get 8 hours of sleep on a continual basis I’m a mess it’s crucial to my work life balance. Sleep = Efficiency for me.
I recently read that as an entrepreneur we can only do 3 out of 5 - Work, Family, Friends, Fitness, Sleep- well. I have to say that as busy I as I am, sleep is something I choose to do well. Maybe its cause I’m a Taurus. Taurus love comfort and luxury. Pillows, blankets and a comfy bed serve us well.
I was nervous to get a bed that I had never felt before, that came in a box and only had one firmness type. But now that I have my Endy Mattress I completely understand why they do what they do. Keeping their business clean and simple is a lesson all of us entrepreneurs can take with us. Their success as a Canadian start-up has so much to do with their business model.
SO WHAT DO I THINK?
I love that the mattress came in a box. Why? Because it saved me so much hassle of trying to get a large king size mattress up our stairs. Any time I am bringing a mattress up or down my stairs, I have to move all the pictures off of my gallery wall. Thanks to the mattress coming in a box, we were able to bring it up to the bedroom simply and easily.
The foam really does make a difference. I’m such a light sleeper. I toss and turn and I always wake up when my Fiance gets up in the middle of the night. But: One night I got up to use the washroom, came back to bed and fell asleep. Later I woke up to what I thought was the tap running in the bathroom. I thought I left it on and got up to turn it off only to realize that he was up and using the washroom. I laughed when I realized that I didn’t notice him get up at all. The undisturbed sleeps I have been getting are life changing.
The fitted Endy sheet is worth the $. It has an extra wide Elastic band that grips and never slips off your mattress. When you are a tosser and a turner like me- it makes a huge difference.
The firmness of the mattress is just right for Momma Bear- Not too soft, Not too firm. My Fiance and I often fight over the firmness level of the bed, He wants firm and I want soft, but we are both happy with this bed. I have noticed a big change in my hips from this mattress. I don’t get pain like I used to if I sleep on my side. The mattress seems to curve and support my body in a way that is taking the pressure off of my hips. Yay!
Excellent Value for Money. Wow. We are impressed with the quality and comfort of this mattress for one low price. The King bed was $950 Canadian. I will definitely be ordering another one for Nathan house.
